Qubimyst Labs LLP (“Qubimyst”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides software development, website and mobile application development, IT consulting, technical support, and related partner-program services. This Privacy Policy applies to our public website, partner portal, communications, and services that link to this policy.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following information:

• Contact and identity details, such as name, business name, email address, phone number, city, and information submitted in a partner application or lead form.
• Account and verification information, such as login identifiers, password hashes, KYC documents, bank-account details, agreements, and application or account status.
• Customer, project, and transaction information, such as project requirements, invoices, payment references, renewal details, and support requests. Payment credentials such as card security codes, PINs, and OTPs should not be sent to us.
• WhatsApp information when you message our business number, including your phone number, profile name when supplied by Meta, message content, message type, timestamps, and delivery or status data.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, security events, and website visit counts.

How we use information

We use information for legitimate business and service purposes, including to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide, operate, secure, and improve our website, portal, software, and support services.
• Review partner applications, verify identity and payout details, administer partner accounts, and manage leads, clients, projects, and commissions.
• Create quotations, contracts, invoices, payment links, payment confirmations, renewal reminders, and related business records.
• Send service, account, payment, security, and support communications, including WhatsApp messages where the relevant channel and permissions are available.
• Prevent fraud, investigate issues, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and maintain financial, tax, audit, and operational records.

WhatsApp and Meta services

If you contact our WhatsApp business number, or receive a WhatsApp message from us, we process the related message and contact information to respond, provide requested service updates, and maintain relevant business records. WhatsApp messages and associated delivery events may be transmitted through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and displayed to authorized Qubimyst administrators in our portal.

WhatsApp and Meta process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell WhatsApp message content or use it for unrelated advertising. Do not send sensitive authentication information, payment credentials, or information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with service providers that help us host and secure our systems, send email, process payments, provide WhatsApp messaging, maintain databases, and deliver our services. These providers may process information only as needed for their services and under their applicable terms and safeguards.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or our rights, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business reorganization, subject to applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the relevant business or legal requirement.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law, including for tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

To make a request, write to us at the postal address below and include your name, contact details, the relevant account or service, and the request you are making. Do not include passwords, OTPs, or payment credentials. We will respond through an appropriate channel.

Children’s information

Our services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us so that we can review the matter.
