Independent Sales Partner Program • Version 1.0

Lead Registration & Client Ownership Policy

How prospects are registered, verified, attributed, and managed, including the program’s conditional 60-day client ownership lock.

Company: Qubimyst Labs LLP•Effective: Upon publication / partner acceptance

Core rule

Register a lead through the official Partner Portal before materially pursuing a Qubimyst opportunity. An approved eligible registration provides the published 60-day attribution protection, subject to verification, continued compliance, and the program rules.

1Registration requirements

Submit leads through the official Partner Portal. Provide accurate prospect details and enough information for Qubimyst to identify the opportunity. A partner must have a legitimate business-development basis and must not knowingly register a fictitious, duplicate, already-active, or unrelated prospect.

2Information to provide

  • Customer or company name and primary contact information where lawfully obtained.
  • The prospect’s requirement and expected product or service.
  • Relevant geography or business context, where useful.
  • Expected project value or payment expectation, where reasonably known.
  • The source or relationship context, described accurately.

3Review and approval

Registration alone does not establish ownership. Qubimyst may check completeness, duplicates, existing customer status, prior contact, conflicts, and other eligibility conditions. Qubimyst may approve or reject a registration, request clarification, merge duplicates, or associate a lead with an existing opportunity.

The Partner Portal status is the primary operational record of registration and conversion.

460-day client ownership lock

For an approved eligible lead, the published program provides a 60-day client ownership lock. It is tied to the approved registration, not a private list kept by the partner, and remains subject to continued compliance and the exclusions in this policy and the Partner Agreement.

If the opportunity converts, attribution may continue according to program terms and transaction status. This lock is a contractual program attribution mechanism; it does not give the partner legal or property ownership of a customer.

5Existing customers and opportunities

A customer already engaged directly with Qubimyst does not become partner-owned merely because a partner submits the customer’s name. Existing opportunities, active negotiations, prior leads, referrals, and previously registered leads may be excluded from a new ownership claim. Qubimyst may use its records to determine whether a lead is genuinely new and eligible.

6Duplicate registrations

If multiple partners register substantially the same prospect, Qubimyst may determine attribution using Portal timestamps, completeness, prior registration status, documented engagement, and program rules. Deliberately creating competing claims or manipulating timestamps or customer details is prohibited.

7Conversion and payment links

A lead becomes an active customer or opportunity only when Qubimyst verifies and converts it through the authorized process. Payment-link generation may then become available, subject to the Payment Collection & Payment-Link Policy.

8Attribution does not grant authority

Lead attribution does not authorize a partner to bind Qubimyst, sign contracts for Qubimyst, alter pricing, issue invoices, make warranties, collect money personally, or make commitments beyond the partner’s authority.

9Customer communication

  • Communicate professionally and accurately; do not claim that a customer is exclusively or legally yours.
  • Do not pressure a prospect to avoid communicating with Qubimyst.
  • Respect customer preferences and direct requests.

10Dormant or expired leads

If a lead becomes inactive, cannot be verified, is abandoned, or its ownership period expires without qualifying activity, Qubimyst may release or reclassify it according to program rules.

11Prohibited lead practices

  • Fake or fabricated leads, or registrations without a legitimate business-development purpose.
  • Mass registrations intended only to reserve names.
  • Misrepresenting an existing customer as a new lead.
  • Using another partner’s customer information without authorization.
  • Manipulating customer information to bypass duplicate checks.

12Records and attribution disputes

Partners should retain legitimate business-development evidence where appropriate without collecting or keeping unnecessary personal information. Qubimyst may consider Portal records, communications, quotations, and transaction records when resolving attribution disputes. Raise disputes promptly through the designated partner channel.

13Related documents and review

This policy works with the Partner Agreement, Code of Conduct, NDA, Payment Policy, and Data Protection Policy; applicable law and signed contractual terms prevail where required. The source policy calls for Indian legal review before final adoption, especially for customer data, consent, consumer protection, and contractual attribution. Partners acknowledge that registration and the 60-day lock are subject to verification, eligibility, and published rules.
